Super easy to make, perfect for a quick breakfast, snack or even as a refreshing drink after a workout. The fresh forest fruit flavor of Jake’s Forest Fruit Original shake is perfect for spring and summer, and with an extra vitamin boost too!

If you prefer to make the recipe with a different flavor, we also recommend Oaty vanilla for this recipe! Both flavors you can of course also choose in the Light version for this protein smoothie!


  • 50g Jake Shake Forest Fruit Original
  • 200 ml plant-based milk or yoghurt
  • 25-50 grams frozen red fruit, to choice (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 banana


  1. In a blender, combine Jake Shake Forest Fruit Original, plant-based milk, frozen red fruit, and banana.
  2. Blend it until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy! If you want, you can top it off with some of the red fruit or with some oats to make it look extra tasty.

Variation: For an extra filling smoothie, add 25g of oats to the mix before blending.
