Return Policy Jake

We want you to be thrilled with your order of Jake. However, if you want to return an item, we’re here to help.

There are a few important things you have to keep in mind when returning a product:

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been directly purchased from Jake can be returned. Jake purchased through retailers must be returned according to their respective return policy.
• Please ensure that the item you’re returning is in its original packaging.
• Opened packages cannot be returned.

How to return an item

To return an item, sign in to your Jake account and check the order number of the order you’d like to return. Make sure your order number is visible inside the return box.

Refunds

As soon as we’ve received your package and it was returned according to our return policy, we’ll immediately initiate a refund. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. The same payment method used for your initial payment will be used for your refund.
