The ingredients in Jake provide the nutrients. Jake is rich in protein, provided by the peas and oats. The oats give a steady flow of energy through its complex carbohydrates.
The fats in Jake come from a blend of ingredients including sunflower seed oil, flax seed and coconut oil. Jake is rich in essential fatty acids omega 3 and omega 6.
All the ingredients in Jake are carefully selected to contribute to the nutritional profile of the shake. That means Jake gets you all of the good, and none of the bad.
The shakes are plant-based, vegan, complete meals that provide you with every nutrient you need. Every pouch contains exactly 1 meal. Don’t mistake the meal replacement shakes for a snack, they solve your hunger for about 4-5 hours.

One of the great advantages of the bar is that it’s completely stand-alone. It doesn’t need refrigeration and it stays fresh for about 6-10 months. Bring the bar with you anywhere or just store it at those places where you know they’ll come in handy.

I’ve been ordering from Jake Food for a couple of years. The delivery process is excellent and the products are also very good.
This truly is the only powder I keep coming back to. I’ve tried Huel, Soylent and Jimmyjoy and others but Jake Shake is the first to have me say, “I like this!” I still split between this and Jimmyjoy but if I had to choose, it would be Jake. Quick delivery, great goods and so far, no complaints from me.
I tried a couple of similar products over the last years. The shakes are individually packaged and the powder is easily dissolved (no lumps) which makes it great for travel. I prefer the pea protein over soy, it takes some getting used to but most flavors cover it up pretty well.
