Your bag is still empty
Within 10 minutes you have this delicious tortilla chips with homemade guacamole on the table. Make it as spicy as you want and if you really want to make a party of it, put the tortilla chips first with some (vegan) cheese in the oven after which you can dip it!
- Tortilla chips
- 1 large ripe tomato
- 3 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
- Handful of chopped cilantro
- 1 small red onion very finely chopped
- 1 chopped red chili pepper seeds and seeds removed
- Pepper and salt
Take a bowl and put the flesh of the avocados in it. Mash this with a fork and then finely chop the tomato and add to the avocado. Add the cilantro, onion and chili pepper to this and season with some lime juice and some salt and pepper. The cilantro can also be replaced with (flat) parsley. Dip in your tortilla chips and enjoy!
