If you’re of average height and weight, and you’re not a big snacker, go for Original. It packs 667 kcal, 40 grams of protein and 33% of every nutrient you need.
If you’d like to have somewhat lighter meals, e.g. because you’d like to shed some weight, or you simply prefer a lighter meal, choose Light. It provides 500 kcal per meal, plenty of fibers and 33% of every nutrient you need.
If you can use more energy, e.g. because you live a very active lifestyle you’d like to gain some weight, choose Sports. Sports is based on a 3000 kcal/day diet. Every shake provides 750 kcal, 40 grams of protein and 25% of every nutrient you need.

It provides every nutrient your body needs, about 40 grams of protein per shake and plenty of fiber to keep you full. You can use Jake any way you want. It is not a program, it’s not a diet, there are no rules. You definitely don’t have to eat 3 shakes per day. Although we do have some customers that actually do eat nothing but Jake – the vast majority of our customers have Jake either for breakfast or for lunch.
Yes. Although this depends on what you usually eat, we’d definitely say the shakes are filling. They are rich in fiber and provide plenty of protein, both of which help you feel satiated. Don’t mistake the shake for a drink to have on the side, it serves as a complete meal.
The shakes are best described as thick and soft, natural tasting, oaty shakes. The first try is a bit strange, the second try is yum.
