Two bowls. Both high in protein, full of flavor, fiber, vitamins, healthy fats and quick to make! They are great for breakfast, recovery, lunch or just when you want something cold and satisfying. Each bowl is powered by a scoop of Jake Protein Vanilla! 

Berry Protein Bomb

A fresh, fruity bowl with a creamy texture and a chocolate finish. Balanced, energizing, sweet (but not too sweet), and a little crunchy!

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 100 g (plantbased) low-fat yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt

  • 1 handful strawberries

  • 1 handful blueberries

  • 1 scoop Jake Protein Vanilla

Toppings:

  • Granola

  • Extra strawberries or blueberries

  • Chocolate chips

  • Optional: Coconut flakes or a swirl of chocolate sauce

 

Instructions:

  1. Add the yogurt, ice cream, berries and Jake Protein to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and thick.

  3. Pour into a bowl.

  4. Top with your choice of granola, fruit and extrasVariation tip:
    No strawberries or blueberries? Use raspberries, blackberries, or any mix of berries you prefer. Or if you like your bowl a little bit more frozen, you can use berries right out of a freezer!

 

Peanut Protein Heaven

A creamy and satisfying bowl with the perfect peanut butter and banana mix. Comforting, filling, and rich in protein and healthy fats.

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 100 g low-fat yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt

  • ⅔ banana (for blending)

  • 1 scoop Jake Protein Vanilla

 toppings:

  • Remaining ⅓ banana, sliced

  • Granola

  • Chocolate chips

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • Chopped dates (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the yogurt, ice cream, banana and Jake Protein to a blender.

  2. Blend until thick and smooth.

  3. Pour into a bowl.

  4. Add toppings like banana slices, granola, peanut butter, and chocolate chips.

Variation tip:
No granola? Lightly toasted oats are a great alternative.
