This super fluffy plantbased pancake recipe was developed based on our Jake shake Oaty Vanilla Original. They are easy to prepare, nice, fluffy and delicious with toppings like baked apple, red fruit, banana and maple syrup to get you even more into pancake heaven! 


  • 150 g oat flour or buckwheat flour
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 350 ml plant-based milk (oat, soy or almond)
  • 100 g Jake Shake Oaty Vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons oliveoil or sunflower oil , also 1 for frying
  • Optional: 1 tsp cinnamon



  • Mix the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon powder and the Oaty Vanilla Original shake powder.
  • Then add the milk and oil and mix with a whisk until there are no more lumps. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.
  • Put some oil in the pan and pour the dough into the pan into rounds about 10 centimeters in size. Make sure the pan is heated enough when you start frying the pancakes so they absorb less fat and come off the pan easier, and fry them one at a time until you have a nice stack. Finish with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
